Exalted Ruler’s Message:
Dear members, with the holidays upon us, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New
Year! December is a busy month at the Lodge, with Christmas parties and also our charity raffle. I ask that everyone would take
the time to stop by and see what our troops, veterans and members may need. We have boxes set up for collecting donations
for them.
Memorial Sunday is December 2nd at noon. Please feel free to come and see the ceremony. If you have anyone who would
need a Christmas relief basket, the forms are available in the lounge. All that we ask is that you deliver the basket on the day
that they are prepared.
Fraternally yours,
Doug Luce, Exalted Ruler
From the Secretary:
I have just sent out the last notice for unpaid membership. If you are in receipt of this notice please pay your dues. I must figure
the Grand Lodge payment based on valid membership. If I have no response to the letter your next communication will inform you
that you are about to be dropped for non-payment. This will happen in February just before I send next years dues notices. You
joined this organization. You were not forced! Meet your obligation!
Fraternally yours,
John Cotton, PER. Secretary

Christmas for Veterans:
We are placing some boxes in the lodge for donations that we can bring to the veterans at the V.A. Medical Center in Leeds and
to soldiers home for Christmas. We are asking our members, when out Christmas shopping, that they might want to purchase and
item for our vets, drop it off at the lodge and we will see that it gets delivered. Basic gifts would be personal comfort items. Socks,
seats, tee’s, games and hats are just some suggestions. Or, if you would rather make a cash or check donation, we will gladly do
the shopping for you. And remember, a lot of these veterans do not have family, so if we can at least bring them an item and wish
them a Merry Christmas, I’m sure that it would get some holiday smiles.

Pavilion News:
The pavilion committee is now starting to process of meeting
with the required chit boards to what is required for the
pavilion building permit. This will enable us to compile
numbers for a final budget number to bring to the members.
This process may take a little time but, is a requirement.
Thank you all for your support and patience.
