Exalted Ruler’s Message:
To all members, We are entering our busiest time of the year.  We have the Turkey Raffle coming up, as well as many sports
banquets.  We will need volunteers for many up-coming events.  Please, check the bulletin board to see if you are available to
sign up for some of these Elks traditional events.  Any help that can be offered is always greatly appreciated.  December will also
bring many charitable events, Santa for a Day, Food Baskets and the Children’s Christmas Party, just to name a few.  Again,
please watch the bulletin board in the members lounge for details and see if there is a time that you can donate a few hours for
these wonderful, long standing Elk Traditions.  It is my sincere hope that the upcoming Holiday Season treats you and your
families well.

Fraternally yours,
Doug Luce, Exalted Ruler
A Message from the Bulletin Editor:
Over the past several months I have had to spend a lot of time chasing down information for some of our Lodges events.  Some
events have been held without ever being published in the bulletin and turn out has been low.  At this time I am making a plea to
all Elks members, and especially committee chair people,
PLEASE notify me of upcoming events at our Lodge!

In the hallway outside of the banquet hall is a long row of mail boxes, included in these is one marked “BULLETIN”.  If anyone has
any information that needs to be published, please give me a brief write up of what and when it is, include your name and a
number where I can reach you, in case I have any questions.  I am more than happy to fit as much into every month as I can.

Thank you all for your anticipated cooperation.

Fraternally,
Jane Patenaude, Bulletin Editor
